ABM-50 | Auto feed bevelling machine

ABM-50 self-propelled machine produces accurate high-quality double-sided bevels up to 50 mm without thermal distortion or creation of heat-affected zone on plate thickness range 8-80 mm (15/16″ – 3 1/8″). The beveller features a unique remote control panel with LCD that shows exact bevel geometry and enables precise adjustment of spindle speed as well as feed speed to optimize them depending on material grade. The precise bevel geometry can be achieved thanks to real-time measurement and live on-screen readings

ABM-50 proved to be reliable and efficient beveller in most demanding working conditions including high temperature and humidity.

ABM-50 can perform beveling along steel plate’s edge eliminating hard physical work of the operator.
The maximum bevel at 45 degrees is up to 50 mm (2”).

180° inversion of ABM-50 enables a double-sided bevel eliminating the need to turn over long and heavy plates.

Precise adjustment of spindle speed and feed rate to optimize cutting conditions depending on material grade including stainless steel, duplex, alloys, hardox and many others.

ABM-50 can be used without a trolley if needed, e.g. when the floor surface is uneven significantly
