The RAIL TITAN 2 is a fully modular mechanized tractor that can be used for TIG-MIG-MAG welding, oxy-fuel, or plasma cutting and gouging applications on flat or curved plates, tubes, and pipes. Linear torch oscillator produces straight, triangle, trapezoid, and square weld paths.
The Mirror Switch function ensures a more intuitive operation of the oscillation unit whenever the welder changes position relative to the carriage’s travel direction. This feature is particularly useful when repositioning the tractor is not an option, during orbital welding in a horizontal position or longitudinal welding.
LIZARD programmable welding and cutting carriage offers high-quality, consistent welds in offshore structural fabrication, oil tanks, shipyards, and more. Lizard is capable of producing weave welds by means of an optional pendulum oscillator.
The oscillator allows for precise control of weave width, weave speed, and left/right side wall dwell and is particularly useful for vertical welding. With the ability to program up to 40 welding patterns, it really takes stitch welding and weave welding to the next level!
GECKO compact welding carriage is a perfect solution for tight spots and out-of-position welds! This portable trackless welding tractor features a 4-wheel drive system with magnetic traction and a control loop feedback mechanism that provides speed stabilization in all welding positions.
