Compact Design, Maximum Power
With just 185 mm in height, the PRO-40 AD powerhouse is engineered for operations in restricted areas where standard drills simply don’t fit. Whether it’s inside steel frameworks, ship hulls, or complex structures, you don’t have to compromise on power due to space constraints. The detachable feed lever can be mounted on either side, providing greater accessibility and user comfort.
At the heart of the PRO-40 AD lies a powerful motor and strong electromagnetic base with an impressive 9900N of holding force. Designed with precision and efficiency in mind, PRO-40 AD delivers reliable performance across various materials and working conditions. It offers an extended 45 mm stroke and accepts both TCT and HSS cutters as well as twist drill drills with 19,05 mm (3/4”) Weldon shank.
PRO-40 AD drills clean and precise holes of diameters of up to 40 mm (1 9/16”) and of depth of up to 40 mm (1 9/16”) with TCT cutters and up to 35mm (1-7/16″) with HSS. The machine can also drill holes of diameter of up to 12 mm (15/32”) and of depth of up to 25 mm (1”) using the twist drill bits with Weldon holder 19 mm.
The PRO 40 AD magnetic drilling machine is engineered for a broad spectrum of drilling applications, from small-diameter holes to larger bore operations. It can also be used to countersink up to 40mm (1-9/16”).

Its high operational flexibility, makes it suitable for both workshop and on-site environments. Thanks to the ergonomic lifting handle, the PRO-40 AD drilling machine is easy to carry between job sites.
Super-Strong Magnetic Base
The PRO-40 AD is equipped with an ultra-strong magnetic base that ensures maximum adhesion to ferromagnetic surfaces—even if they are painted, rusted, or thin. In addition, intelligent safety systems (MFSC and MPAC) provide stable and secure drilling performance in all conditions.
Magnetic Field Shape Control (MFSC) technology maximizes holding force even on thin workpieces, ensuring stability and preventing movement during operation.
Magnetic Power Adhesion Control (MPAC) technology monitors the adhesive force of the electromagnetic base. If the clamping force is too low, the system will not allow the machine to operate, preventing potential accidents and protecting both the user and the machine.
Manual cooling with a bottle is ideal for compact magnetic drilling machines because it offers a simple, portable, and effective way to control heat during drilling.
