Designed with versatility in mind, the BM-6 Battery allows for creating bevels at either 30° or 45°, depending on the milling head in use. It delivers clean, consistent bevels, minimizing the need for rework and maximizing your productivity. Single 45° milling head works for both radius and V bevels.

Edge rounding to prepare metal structures for painting or coating can be time-consuming with traditional grinding tools — but not with the BM-6 Battery.

With 45° milling head BM-6 Battery creates a perfect radius R2, R3, R4 or R5 in just one pass. The result? Better corrosion protection, improved aesthetics, and significant time and cost savings over conventional methods.

Countersinking plays a key role in surface preparation. It removes burrs, ensures clean edges, and prevents issues like paint buildup around hole perimeters, which could otherwise lead to cracking or peeling over time. Using the BM-6 Battery beveller for countersinking offers:

CAS Intelligent Battery Management
Cordless Alliance System (CAS) batteries, which go with BM-6 Battery, use Intelligent Battery Management, electrical and thermal. It ensures that all the cells are protected against aggressive usage and fast charging and discharging cycling.
Battery control system offers real-time diagnostics and data monitoring:
- too low and too high voltage
- too low and too high temperature
- failure of the temperature sensor
- internal battery failure
Intelligent Battery Management ensures that batteries run as efficiently as possible, endure longer, and remain safe under all operating conditions. The special design safeguards minimal self-discharge during storage, ensuring readiness for use. Additionally, a built-in capacity indicator shows the battery’s charge status:


Patented “AIR COOLED” Charging Technology
While charging, the battery packs are gently “AIR COOLED” down to the required, optimum charging temperature. It allows for up to 30% shorter total charging time and prolongs battery lifespan.
