ABM-R5 | Auto-feed radius beveller
Self-propelled, compact machine designed to round the top and bottom edges of steel plates and profiles with a radius of 2, 3, 4, or 5 mm. ABM-R5 is ideal for bevelling long components. It’s 4-wheel drive with magnetic traction eliminates the need for guide way and smart overload system monitors the load and adjust the travel speed. This machine can create straight bevels with a max. width of 6 mm at 45° on the upper and lower edge and 6 mm at 30° on the upper edge.
- Creation of R2, R3, R4 or R5 radius in single pass on upper or lower edge.
- Travel speed of ~2.0 m/min results in approximately 120 m of machined workpiece in just one hour.
