Rotaia Hi Flex

Hi-Flex Track è progettato per l’utilizzo con i trattori di saldatura Rail Tug e Rail Titan.
Consente di operare su superfici sia rettilinee che curve, con un diametro minimo fino a 1,5 metri, e su materiali ferrosi e non ferrosi, a seconda delle unità utilizzate (vedi le opzioni di unità disponibili di seguito).

  • Per applicazioni circonferenziali, superfici irregolari e piane con traiettoria rettilinea
  • Il raggio minimo della curva sulla superficie convessa è di 0,75 m
  • Il raggio minimo della curva sulla superficie concava è di 1,7 m
  • OD minimo 1,5 m per il percorso esterno
  • Lunghezza di una singola rotaia 1.52 m
  • ll numero massimo di unità è di 15 pezzi (se sono in uso unità magnetiche strette)
  • Possibilità di giuntarle per una lunghezza illimitata
  • Può essere fissata sia su materiali ferrosi che non ferrosi per mezzo di unità magnetiche oppure con sistema sottovuoto per consentire lo spostamento su qualsiasi piano o posizione
