RAIL TUG Chariot Soudage Et Coupage

Le RAIL TUG est un chariot basique conçu pour la mécanisation des procédés de soudage et de coupage thermique. Le chariot peut se déplacer sur des rails annulaires, hi-flex, semi-flexibles ou rigides sur des surfaces planes, courbes et rondes. Les rails peuvent être fixés sur des matériaux ferromagnétiques et non ferromagnétiques grâce à diverses unités magnétiques ou à ventouses. Doté d’un système d’entraînement à pignon et crémaillère avec contrôle électronique de la vitesse, le RAIL TUG crée une géométrie de cordon de soudure qui correspond exactement à vos spécifications, ce qui réduit le sursoudage coûteux et la quantité de métal d’apport. Le Rail Tug est une solution économique pour un grand nombre d’application sur tôles plates ou cintrés, et tubes.
