Rail Bull Carro De Soldadura Sobre Raíl Con Oscilador

El Rail Bull es un tractor de soldadura controlado digitalmente con un oscilador lineal integrado. El tractor puede moverse a lo largo de pistas rígidas o semi-flexibles en superficies planas y curvas. Las pistas pueden ser sujetadas a materiales ferrosos con unidades magnéticas y a materiales no ferrosos mediante un sistema de pista con vacío que incluye bomba de vacío y unidades de vacío.
Dotado de un sistema de transmisión de cremallera y piñón con control de velocidad electrónico, el Rail Bull puede producir soldaduras de alta calidad de manera consistente en posiciones planas, verticales u horizontales.

El sistema de control de posición de bucle cerrado basado en un motor eléctrico con un codificador asegura una mayor precisión en la velocidad y el posicionamiento.
Oscilador lineal integrado para soldadura de tejido y recubrimiento.
Pantalla LCD multifuncional que muestra los parámetros del proceso y advertencias.
Diseño compacto y ligero con una carcasa de aluminio fundido duradera.
Fuente de alimentación conveniente de 115–230 V, 50–60 Hz o 42 V, 50–60 Hz.
