WELDING AUTOMATION
At our stand, we showcased the newest developments in our welding automation solutions, including WA Compact Welding System – a versatile, cost-effective MIG/MAG gantry welding solution with active joint tracking and adjustable oscillation, enabling high-quality welds, both continuous and stitch.
WA Compact supports welding with different oscillation patterns, including straight, triangle, trapezoid, and square, enhancing its adaptability to various welding tasks. It is ideally suited for industrial applications, providing an efficient and budget-friendly option for workshops and large industrial plants.
WELDING AND CUTTING TRACTORS
PROMOTECH’s cutting-edge range of trackless and rail tractors is perfect for continuous or stitch welds. By reducing welding time and filler metal consumption, they ensure precise weld bead geometry and significantly boost productivity.
Whenever space is too limited for other welding tractors to fit and perform the task, Mini SPIDER Battery steps in and proves that small machines can deliver big results. Recently, based on customer feedback, the Mini SPIDER Battery has undergone several design improvements to further enhance its usability, portability, and efficiency. SCORPIO Battery is another welding tractor powered by CAS in PROMOTECH’s portfolio. It combines advanced programmability, cordless convenience, and robust performance to meet wide industrial welding needs. Scorpio Battery delivers consistent, high-quality butt and fillet welds in both stitch and continuous welding modes. Optional accessories further expand the tractor’s capabilities, enabling welding with oscillation, using torches with larger diameters, and using two torches at the same time.
DRAGON Battery cutting and bevelling tractor offers all the common features of the DRAGON family tractors, including the ability to cut and bevel steel at various angles, while ensuring high-quality, consistent results with minimal setup.
It can operate either on a rail or directly on the workpiece. The tracks can be securely fixed to ferrous materials using magnetic units, or to non-ferrous materials with vacuum system. DRAGON Battery is powered by CAS Battery to deliver maximum mobility and convenience, making it perfect for fieldwork.
PIPE AND PLATE BEVELLERS
Among the wide range of PROMOTECH’s bevellers, our latest additions are the stainless steel beveller BM-25S and the auto-feed heavy-duty ABM-29 shearing beveller.
DRILLING AND PUNCHING MACHINES
At LAMIERA 2025, PROMOTECH unveiled the new PRO-40 AD – a compact, low-profile drilling machine designed specifically for applications in confined or hard-to-reach spaces where standard magnetic drills are too bulky. Equipped with a powerful motor and extended stroke, the PRO-40 AD can drill holes up to 40 mm (1-9/16”) in diameter and 40 mm (1-9/16”) deep, offering both performance and flexibility in tight environments.
This new model expands our low-profile drilling line, joining the well-established PRO-36 AD and the ATEX-certified PRO-40 AD ATEX. LAMIERA will also be an excellent opportunity to explore other PROMOTECH ATEX-approved drilling machines, as well as PRO-36 Battery in its cordless CAS-battery version.
At stand A02, Hall no 13 PROMOTECH we also presented PRO-102 drilling machine. With its powerful 4-speed motor, ergonomic design, and impressive 100mm diameter and 100mm depth drilling capacity, the PRO-102 magnetic drill is a robust and reliable solution for industrial professionals seeking long-term performance and durability.
