Sine tilting magnetic chucks have got all the advantages of rectangular chucks (series 100) plus positioning to required machining angles between 0° - 45°. High precision angle setting with tolerance ~2 seconds is possible thanks to sine base, which is a part of each sine tilting chuck. Double opening chucks offer an additional possibility of total tilting up to 90°. Compact and rigid construction allows use of the chucks in precision grinding operations.
Top working plates with either fine pole pitch 3+1mm or micro pole pitch 1,5+0,5mm enable a selection of chucks to workpieces of differential thicknesses.
Single opening sine tilting magnetic chucks (series 200) with top working plate either „4” or „5” type are available in the following sizes:
