Permanent magnetic chucks are designed to hold ferromagnetic workpieces during grinding and milling operations. Chucks are also allowed to be used in electro-erosion operations. The magnetic clamping forces are generated by strong neodymium magnets installed inside the chuck. That's why chucks are a source of inexhaustible magnetic power, independent from any external power supply.
Top working plates with either fine pole pitch 3+1mm or micro pole pitch 1,5+0,5mm enable a selection of chucks to workpieces of differential thicknesses.
Magnetic chucks (series 100) with top working plate either „4” or „5” type are available in the following sizes:

Adapter blocks
Adapter blocks are used in order to extend clamping possibility of workpieces
on the permanent magnetic and electromagnetic chucks during grinding operations.
Adapter blocks can be customized according to particular customer's request.
